This app collects various types of information such as: Your chosen username, statistics related to the game (including but not limited to your fictitious chip balance, your badges, reputation, and when you used the "Rate Us" button for temporary removal of ads. By playing the game, this information is periodically updated on servers operated by the Blackjack Master 3 authors for the intention of displaying "Leaderboard" statistics. BECAUSE OF THIS, YOUR USERNAME CAN BE MADE PUBLICLY VIEWABLE AT ANY TIME!
We reserve the right to change your publicly viewable username at any time. We reserve the right to remove your username from the Leaderboard at any time.
If you do not want your username and statistics viewable on the Leaderboard, contact us at stargazer71@outlook.com and we will remove your username from the Leaderboard in a timely fashion. Doing this will not impair the operation of the app in any way.
Blackjack Master 3 does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third parties.
Blackjack Master 3 may disclose information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to:
Blackjack Master 3 does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. Users accept that by requesting all information removed, the app will cease to correctly operate when viewing the "Leaderboard" of the app. All other aspects of the app will continue to work.
Blackjack Master 3 shall endeavour and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural, and technical security with respect to our information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user's personal information under our control.
